Drumming with various rock groups, songwriters, and jazz groups has always been a passionate track of Joshua's  musical life. Having played drums since he was 5 years old, he brings many decades of drumming experience to each lesson. He has performed and toured with singer-songwriters and rock bands, inhabiting all walks from tiny clubs and performance spaces to drumming for a crowd of over 10,000 people for the finale of the Vancouver Folk Festival. Joshua can help you get started on drums, find your inner rocker, learn to swing, or give you new ideas about rhythm. Joshua will help you approach the drum set or hand drums with focus on creativity, and a deep groove.
